    【摘要】 目的 观察炎琥宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 将96例病毒性肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例，分别予以炎琥宁及病毒唑治疗。结果 治疗组显效率87.5%，对照组显效率62.5%，两者比较，差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率95.8%，也显著高于对照组的79.2%(P<0.05)。未见明显副作用。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿病毒性肺炎安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。

    46 Cases in the treatment of children with viral pneumonia in Yanhuning

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the effect and safety of Yanhuning in treatment of children''s viral pneumonia. Methods96 cases with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=46) who were given intravenously Yanhuning for five to seven days, and control group (n=46) who received intravenously virazol for five to seven days. ResultsThe improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (87.5% vs 62.5%,P<0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (95.8% vs 79.2%,P<0.05),and few side effects had occurred. ConclusionIt is effective and safe that Yanhuning treating children''s viral pneumonia, and can be widely used in clinic. ......
