    【摘要】 目的 探讨肝外伤外科手术的治疗的临床效果。方法 随机选取我院收治的80例肝外伤患者，根据患者肝损伤的实际情况，采用不同的手术方法进行治疗。结果 本组手术治愈75例，治愈率为93.75%(75/80)，死亡5例，死亡率为6.25%(5/80)。结论 治疗肝外伤应该根据不同的类型和严重程度选择不同的手术方式，对并发症应及时准确的处理。

    Surgical treatment of 80 cases with liver trauma

    【Abstract 】Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgical treatment of liver trauma. Methods Select 80 cases of liver trauma patients in our hospital randomly and use different surgical methods for treatment according to the actual situation of the patients with liver injury. Results 75 cases have been cured in this group and 5 cases died. The cure rate was 93.75% (75/80) and the mortality rate was 6.25% (5/80).
