    【摘要】目的：探讨解剖型钢板治疗Pilon骨折的可行性。方法：回顾分析2008年7月—2011年8月用解剖钢板治疗19例Pilon骨折效果。结果：19例Pilon骨折经过手术治疗，踝关节功能评分平均84.1分，88.9%的优良率。结论：解剖型钢板对Pilon骨折固定可靠，恢复较好。

    【 ABSTRACT 】 OBJECTIVE: To discuss the feasibility of the treatment to Pilon fracture with anatomy type steel plate. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was done for the treatment effect of 19 cases Pilon fractures who were treated with anatomy type steel plate in July 2008-August 2011 .RESULTS: After surgery, the ankle functional average score of 19 cases Pilon fractures was 84.1 points, good rate 88.9%. CONCLUSION: Anatomy steel plate fixes Pilon fracture reliable, and it recovers well.
