    【摘要】 目的 血栓通注射液注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效观察与评估。方法 将慢性肺心病急性加重期的患者42例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组(T组)25例采用血栓通注射液注射液加综合治疗；对照组(N组)17例单纯采用综合治疗。结果 治疗组疗效明显好于对照组，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 血栓通注射液注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期的疗效明显。
