【摘 要】目的：总结不完全性肠梗阻老年患者临床表现及病因。方法：将我院消化内科收治的48例不完全性肠梗阻老年患者展开分析。结果：不完全性肠梗阻于老年患者中更多为消化道或周边脏器器质性病变表现，突出在肿瘤炎症纤维素带、粪便硬结症等方面。结论：对于老年不完全性肠梗阻患者，症状反复发作或表现为进行性加重等征象，需提高警觉预测严重疾病发生的可能性。
