【摘要】目的：观察狭窄性腱鞘炎应用微创环切手术治疗的临床效果。方法：对我院骨外科收治的93例狭窄性腱鞘炎患者资料并分组，传统组(42例；传统切开术治疗)、微创组(51例，微创环切手术治疗)，观察疗效。结果：微创组疗效、出血量、平均手术时间均优于传统组，有差异(P<0.05)。结论：微创环切手术治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效高，恢复快。
