【摘 要】目的：研究处方点评对中药调配差错及其对策的影响。方法：筛选出本中心门诊2017年1月～2017年6月期间未实施处方开具点评前开具的中药饮片处方950张作为研究对象，将其设置为對照组；筛选出本中心门诊2017年7月～2017年12月期间实施处方开具点评后的中药饮片处方950张作为研究对象，将其设置为观察组。统计两组处方中不同调配差错类型率，并进行比较。结果：观察组不同调配差错发生率明显低于对照组，(p<0.05) 结论：经处方点评后中药饮片处方调配差错发生率明显降低，保证了患者的用药安，且能有效降低医患纠纷。

    Abstract Objective： To study the impact of prescription reviews on errors in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine and its countermeasures. Methods ： A total of 950 prescriptions prescribing pre-prescriptions issued by our outpatient clinic between January 2017 and June 2017 were screened out as the control subjects and selected as control group. 950 prescriptions issued after the implementation of the prescription review during the period from July 2017 to December 2017 were set as the observation group. The rates of different types of mismatches in prescriptions were calculated and compared. Results： The incidence of different deployment errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion： After the prescription comments significantly reduced the incidence of errors in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine to ensure the safety of patients with medication and can effectively reduce doctor-patient disputes. ......
