【摘 要】目的：观察夏枯草口服液治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法：118例临床诊断为亚急性甲状腺炎的患者，分成试验组(60例)和对照组(58例)，试验组使用小剂量的强的松和夏枯草，对照组只使用常规剂量强的松，观察两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果：试验组临床疗效和复发率均明显优于对照组 (P<0.01)。结论：夏枯草口服液辅助小剂量强的松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效显著，复发率低。

    Abstract Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Prunella vulgaris oral liquid in treating subacute thyroiditis.Methods ： The clinical diagnosis of 118 patients with subacute thyroiditis were divided into experimental group (60cases)and control group (58 cases)，the experimental group using small doses of Prednisone and Prunella vulgaris ， the control group using only conventional dose prednisone. Results： The clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion： the treatment of Subacute thyroiditis with Prunella vulgaris oral liquid with small doses of Prednisone has obvious curative effect and low recurrence rate. ......
