【摘 要】目的：研究通秘合剂治疗便秘气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法：按照随机数字表法的方式将2016年9月-2017年9月期间在我院进行治疗的便秘气阴两虚证患者均分成研究组和参照组，总计80例，每组各40例。研究组患者使用通秘合剂进行治疗，参照组患者使用芪蓉润肠口服液进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗疗效以及症候疗效。结果：研究组患者的治疗疗效以及症候疗效均明显优于参照组，组内相关数据对比为P<0.05，存在统计学意义。结论：通秘合剂治疗便秘气阴两虚证具有较为明显的作用，能够有效提高治疗疗效，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract Objective： To study the clinical effect of Tongmi Mixture in the treatment of constipation with deficiency of both qi and yin. Methods： Patients with constipation and Qi and Yin deficiency who were treated in our hospital during September 2016 and September 2016 were divided into study group and reference group according to the method of random number table. A total of 80 cases were included in each group. Each group had 40 cases. . Patients in the study group were treated with Tongmi Mixture.
