【摘 要】目的：探讨门诊采血室临床护理中应用人性化服务的应用效果。方法：纳入此次研究中的80例门诊采血治疗患者，入选时间为2017年1月-2018年1月，按照就诊先后顺序均分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组予以基础护理，观察组予以人性化服务，比较两种模式的应用效果。结果：观察组患者护理满意度(97.5%)显著高于对照组患者护理满意度(77.5%)，两组数据经比较P<0.05，形成统计学意义。结论：对门诊采血患者而言予以人性化服后可提升护理满意度。
