【摘 要】目的：探讨护理风险管理对神经外科长期卧床患者的应用价值。方法：以我院2016年9月～2017年9月神经外科住院部收治的长期卧床患者128例作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各64例。对照组采取神经外科常规的护理方式，观察组采取护理风险管理方式。结果：观察组患者的基本护理情况、满意度均明显优于对照组，且观察组患者的护理风险事件与并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，差异都具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：护理风险管理在神经外科长期卧床患者中应用具有较高的价值，值得临床推广。
