【摘 要】目的：对奥氮平、喹硫平治疗老年精神障碍的临床有效性及安全性作对比分析。方法：研究中对照组用奥氮平治疗，观察组用喹硫平治疗；将两组患者各项临床数据详细整理后作对比分析。结果：两组临床治疗效果比较不存在差异，P>0.05；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：老年精神障碍患者接受奥氮平、喹硫平治疗的临床效果未见明显差异，但喹硫平的药物不良反应少，用药安全性更高。
