【摘 要】目的：探索综合护理干预对慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者生活质量的影响性。方法：选取我院收治的68例慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，采用计算机分组模式，分为观察组(34例)与对照组(34例)。观察组进行综合护理干预，对照组进行常规护理。结果：观察组患者心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能、PSQI评分、LSIA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡患者实施综合护理干预效果显著，能够提高患者生活质量。
