【摘 要】目的：探讨马斯洛需求层次论对子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理质量的影响。 方法：抽取我院2015年3月至2017年3月间收治的96例子宫肌瘤手术患者为研究对象，根据护理方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上加用马斯洛需要层次论，比较两组护理效果。 结果：对照组护理满意度为79.2%，明显低于观察组的95.8%，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；对照组围术期护理质量得分为(80.1±2.3)分，与观察组的(92.6±2.5)分相比，差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组护理前心理状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后观察组心理状态明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：在子宫肌瘤患者围术期应用马斯洛需要层次论，既能提高患者满意度和护理质量，又能缓解患者负面情绪，值得推广应用。
