【摘 要】目的：观察对慢性牙周炎伴糖尿病患者采取牙周炎基础治疗的应用疗效。方法：本次的66例研究对象均选自本院2017年1月-2018年1月期间接收的慢性牙周炎伴糖尿病患者，对其采取为期3个月的牙周基础治疗，对治疗前后全部患者的牙周状况和血糖水平对比观察。结果：治疗后的BOP、PLI、BI、CAL、PD等水平明显低于治疗前，差异明显，统计学有意义(P<0.05)；另外，治疗后，患者的TG(2.71±1.31)mmol/L、TC(7.54±2.14)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.74±0.81)mmol/L明显高于治疗前，而HDL-C(1.72±0.14)mmol/L明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论：对慢性牙周炎伴糖尿病患者采取牙周基础治疗，可有效改善牙周健康和血糖代谢水平，具有重要的价值意义，值得进一步推广和采纳。
