【摘 要】目的：探析采用优质护理方案对接受手术治疗的胆结石患者实施护理获取的临床效果。方法：随机在2015年3月-2017年4月期间于我院接受手术治疗的胆结石患者中随机选取84例为研究对象，并按照数字表法随机分为观察组与参照组，每组均为42例，参照组采用常规护理方案，采用优质护理方案对观察组实施护理，将两组的临床护理效果实施对比分析。结果：观察组的并发症发生率远低于参照组，术后排气时间及住院时间远短于参照组，且观察组对护理服务的满意度评价远高于参照组，且两组上述各项指标间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对接受手术治疗的胆结石患者采用优质护理，更利于促进患者机体恢复，缩短住院时间。

    Abstract Objective： To explore the clinical effect of nursing care for patients with gallstone who received surgical treatment with high-quality nursing plan. Methods： Randomly selected 84 patients with gallstones who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were randomly selected into the observation group and the reference group according to the numerical table method. Each group was Forty-two patients in the reference group were treated with a routine care program and a high-quality care program was used to provide care to the observation group. The clinical care effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The incidence of complications in the observation group was much lower than that in the reference group. Postoperative postoperative exhaustion time and length of stay were much shorter than the reference group. The satisfaction rating of the observation group for nursing services was much higher than that of the reference group. The differences between the indicators were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： The use of high-quality care for patients with gallstones undergoing surgical treatment is more conducive to the recovery of the body and shorter hospital stay. ......
