【摘 要】目的：分析经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗老年良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法：将76例老年良性前列腺增生患者根据治疗方法分为两组，对照组36例行经尿道电切术，观察组40例行经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)，术后并发症发生率5.00%明显低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)，术后1年观察组前列腺增生症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗老年良性前列腺增生手术时间短且造成的创伤小，患者术后康复快，并发症发生风险低，且症状改善更加明显。
