【摘 要】目的 探讨双源CT双能量动态增强扫描对胰腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对2016年9月-2017年12月我院收治的60经手术病理结果证实为胰腺肿瘤患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析，使用随机数表法将所有患者分为2组，各30例。分别进行CT扫描(对照组)及双源CT双能量动态增强扫描(观察组)，对检查结果与辐射剂量进行统计对比。结果 观察组胰腺周围血管侵犯、胰腺周围蔓延、并发胰腺炎及侵袭腹膜症状检出率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总辐射剂量及有效辐射剂量均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双源CT双能量动态增强扫描对于胰腺肿瘤疾病具有较高检出率，同时辐射剂量较低，临床应用价值显著
