【摘 要】目的：对肛肠术后尿潴留预防护理方法及效果进行探讨。方法：将2017年5月～2018年5月我院肛肠科接治的150例肛肠手术患者纳入观察研究中，通过数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组，各75例；对照组实施常规专科护理，观察组同时开展针对性预防护理，对比两组患者术后排尿量、排尿恢复时间及尿潴留发生情况。结果：观察组术后排尿量、排尿恢复时间及尿潴留发生率与对照组比较，差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论：对肛肠术患者实施针对性预防护理，可促进术后排尿恢复，减少术后尿潴留发生。
