【摘 要】目的 浅析和研究乳酸菌阴道胶囊在阴道炎治疗中的临床运用。方法 挑选2015年9月—2017年于本院行阴道炎治疗的患者70例，根据不同治疗方法分成常规组和研究组，两组各35例，分别运用甲硝唑治疗和乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，对比两组临床治疗效果和不良反应状况。结果 研究组和常规组患者临床治疗有效率分别为97.14%和82.86%，不良反应发生率分别为2.86%和17.14%(P<0.05)。结论 在阴道炎患者治疗中运用乳酸菌阴道胶囊，可有效抑制阴道细菌增长，改善患者阴道瘙痒等症状，且用药安全性较高，可推广应用在阴道炎治疗中。
