【摘 要】目的 观察糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰患者血液透析对胰岛素治疗的影响。方法 挑选本院于2016年7月—2017年6月纳入的33例糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰患者，这些患者在血液透析前需接受血清胰岛素检测和短效制剂混合液合并胰岛素长效治疗，当血糖水平稳定后进行血液透析，回顾分析患者血糖水平、胰岛素用量以及营养状况等变化。结果 经血液透析后，患者营养指标明显优于血液透析前，随血液透析时间推移，患者胰岛素用量逐渐减少，但空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白等无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 对行胰岛素治疗的糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰患者行血液透析，能有效减少胰岛素使用量，改善患者营养状况。
