【摘 要】目的 分析妇产科手术部位感染的目标性监测情况，总结手术部位感染的危险因素，以便提供相关的防范策略。方法 选择我院2016年1月到2017年6月住院的妇产科外科手术患者(无植入物)1426例，调查其切口感染发生情况。结果 共计出现手术部位感染12例，感染发生率为0.84%，其中产科患者感染11例，妇科1例。结论 妇产科手术部位感染目标性监测有助于发现感染的高危人群，同时为今后做好防范策略，有效地降低手术部位感染的发生率。
