【摘 要】目的：分析多层螺旋CT薄层重建及曲面重组技术在诊断肋骨微细骨折中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2017年3月～2018年3月期间接收的疑似肋骨微细骨折患者42例，回顾性分析其临床资料，所有患者通过X线平片检查后，结果：均呈现阴性。通过多层螺旋CT实施扫描，并进行相应的薄层重建以及曲面重建，对7.5mm层厚横断图像、1.25mm层厚横断图像、曲面重建图像进行分析。结果：在1.25mm层厚曲面重建图像分析后，出现肋骨微细骨折患者34例，69根肋骨骨折，8例患者无骨折。通过7.5mm层厚横断图像。曲面重组图像分析后显示，诊断准确率为：82.15%、89.07%、95.23%。结论：在肋骨微细骨折的诊断过程中应用对多层螺旋CT的薄层重建以及曲面重组技术，具有较高的准确诊断价值，值得临床推广。
