【摘 要】：目的 探究肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板内固定的治疗效果。方法 选取本院2009年1月～2016年1月收治的70例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料，全部患者都进行经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板内固定治疗，并对患者的治疗效果与安全性情况予以回顾性分析。结果 全部患者顺利完成手术治疗，切口部位愈合，平均随访时间(18.36±3.36)个月；平均骨折愈合时间(6.75±1.35)个月；治疗总有效率94.29%；并发症发生率8.57%。结论 肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板内固定的治疗效果显著，安全性较高。
