【摘 要】：目的 针对布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效和不良反应率进行探究。方法 选取76例患有小儿支气管肺炎的患儿进行随机分组，其中对照组39例，治疗组37例，治疗组采用布地奈德与盐酸氨溴索联合雾化吸入治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，对比两组患儿治疗的疗效及不良反应率。结果 采用布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的具有显著临床疗效，值得应用推广。
