【摘 要】：目的 对二胎孕妇的妊娠压力进行分析了解，并分析对其影响的因素，使用科学的方法对孕妇的妊娠压力进行干预，从而缓解二胎孕妇的妊娠压力。方法：对我院的486名孕妇进行自制的一般资料问卷调查，对孕妇压力各因素进行调查，最后对资料统计分析。结果：二胎孕妇对母子平安和顺利生产方面存在着很高的压力，家庭经济情况、夫妻之间的关系、二胎孕妇有无既往病史之间的压力统计差异方面具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：二胎孕妇妊娠期间的压力有待改善减轻。
