【摘 要】：目的：探讨冰片芒硝外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎患者的优势作用。方法：选取60例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分成A、B两组，A组30例为治疗组，B组30例为对照组。A组采用冰片芒硝外敷上腹部+常规西医治疗，B组采用常规西医治疗，对比观察两组患者疼痛缓解时间、进食时间、住院时间、治疗费用、假性囊肿形成率5个指标。结果：据疼痛缓解时间、进食时间、住院时间、治疗费用、假性囊肿形成率5个指标相比，A组指标均优于B组，对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：冰片芒硝外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎患者具有较好的临床优势作用，能够有效提高患者的治疗指标，提高患者的生活质量，具有临床推广价值。
