【摘 要】：目的：分析神经梅毒的临床及影像特征。方法：回顾性分析28例神经梅毒患者的临床特征、实验室检查及神经影像学检查结果。结果：28例神经梅毒患者中实质型4例，间质型24例。所有患者均经血清梅毒螺旋体明胶凝聚试验(TPPA)、血清快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)显示为阳性，经脑脊液TPPA、RPR检查显示为阳性20例，影像学表现无显著特征。结论：神经梅毒临床症状表现多样，对其进行血清及脑脊液的RPR、TPPA检查，并结合影像学检查，有利于早期明确诊断。
