【摘 要】目的：研究如何有效进行慢阻肺疾病的护理，总结护理方式和护理效果。方法：选择符合研究要求的108例慢阻肺疾病患者作为对象，结合编号随机分为甲组和乙组，分别进行的是常规指导和优质护理，护理后对结果研究。结果：对两组患者的FEV1、FEV1对比，护理前差异不明显，护理后乙组的分数值高。对两组患者的日常生活能力、精神状态评分、会功能评分对比，乙组均数值在90分左右，甲组均数值70分左右。结论：针对慢阻肺疾病患者实施优质护理指导，符合当前临床要求，能改善患者自身的肺功能，提升临床治疗效果和满意率，值得实施和推广。
