【摘 要】目的：评价硫酸镁联合硝酸甘油治疗妊娠高血压对妊娠结局的影响及疗效。方法：选取我院近些年来收治的妊娠高血压患者100例，按照数字随机表法分为两组，每组50例。对照组硫酸镁治疗，观察组硫酸镁联合硝酸甘油治疗，比较两组患者妊娠结局。结果：观察组治疗后24h尿蛋白含量、平均动脉压低于对照组，自然分娩率高于对照组(92% VS 62%)，新生儿窒息、宫内窘迫、早产发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：硫酸镁联合硝酸甘油治疗妊娠高血压效果显著，妊娠结局改善明显。
