【摘 要】目的：探讨对合并上呼吸道感染的手术患儿实施麻醉的过程中加用沙丁胺醇的效果。方法：选取我院2017年5月至2018年5月共96例合并上呼吸道感染的手术患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组采用气管内插管静吸复合全麻，观察组在麻醉过程中加用沙丁胺醇，对比两组麻醉效果。结果：观察组麻醉优良率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。结论：对合并上呼吸道感染的手术患儿实施麻醉的过程中加用沙丁胺醇能有效提高麻醉效果，改善呼吸道情况，同时能降低相关不良反应发生率，安全性较高，值得推广应用。
