【摘 要】目的：分析中药配方颗粒和传统中药饮片在临床中的应用。方法：研究对象为100例慢性关节炎与上呼吸道感染患者，均应用中药治疗，随机分层法分为两组，对照组50例采用传统中药饮片治疗，观察组50例应用中药配方颗粒治疗，对比临床应用效果。结果：观察组慢性关节炎、上呼吸道感染治疗总有效率水平均高于对照组，不良反应发生率少于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床应用中药配方颗粒治疗，质量有保证，而且效果优于传统饮片。
