【摘 要】目的：浅谈中药饮片调配中常见问题分析及影响。方法：选取我院中药饮片调配药方2000张，回顾性分析其调配期间存在的常见问题，对其存在的影响及改正后的效果进行观察。结果：本组2000张药方中有28张出现常见问题，占比为1.4%，其中6张为发药交代不全面，占比21.43%；8张为处方调配差错，占比28.57%；7处为中医处方书写不规范，占比25.0%；7处为中药质量问题，占比25.0%。结论：通过分析中药饮片调配中常见问题，并采取针对性的措施加以改进，则可有效提升配药质量，从而保障患者用药疗效以及安全性。
