【摘 要】：目的：探讨护患联合护理管理及膀胱功能训练对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留患者的影响。方法：将我院98例患者临床资料进行分析、分组，分为观察组(护患联合护理管理及膀胱功能训练组)和对照组(常规护理组)，统计2组患者膀胱残余尿量及自主排尿情况的结果，以此进行护理方案的评价。结果：观察组膀胱残余尿量>100ml的例数及重新置管例数均少于对照组(P<0.05)，自主排尿例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈癌根治术患者应用护患联合护理管理及膀胱功能训练能有效降低尿潴留发生率。
