知信行模式对感染科护士手卫生依从性的影响
【摘 要】目的：探讨知信行管理模式对提高感染科护理人员手卫生的影响，为提高手卫生的执行率提供依据。方法：对的感染12名护士作为观察对象，比较干预前后手卫生的执行情况。结果：发现对护理人员进行知信行模式的管理有利于手卫生的提高。结论：对感染科护士进行知信行模式的管理有助于手卫生的提高，值得临床推广。

Abstract Objective：
To explore the effect of knowledge management mode on improving hand hygiene of nursing staff in infection department， and to provide basis for improving the implementation rate of hand hygiene. Methods： 12 nurses were treated as observation subjects， and the implementation of hand hygiene before and after intervention was compared. Results： It was found that the management of the knowledge and credit line mode of nursing staff was beneficial to the improvement of hand hygiene. Conclusion： the management of the knowledge-line mode of the nurses in the infection department is helpful to the improvement of hand hygiene and is worthy of clinical popularization.
