【摘 要】

    目的：探究骨肿瘤影像诊断中多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理技术的临床应用价值。方法： 将我院2007年10月-2018年10月入院就诊的142例骨肿瘤患者作为本次研究对象，所有患者均实施多层螺旋CT三维重建技术以及核磁共振成像检查，将不同检查方式的检查结果分为对照组和研究组，对比不同检查方式的临床诊断结果。结果： 研究组患者不同检验方式的临床诊断结果，不同检验方式对肿瘤检查的准确率均优于对照组，恶性肿瘤的螺旋CT三维重建后处理技术下各类肿瘤检出情况的显示率明显高于良性肿瘤，以上各项统计差异对比显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：骨肿瘤影响诊断中多层螺旋CT三维重建后处理技术能够有效提升临床诊断效果，提升临床诊断准确率，临床应用价值较高。
