【摘 要】目的：探究综合护理干预在克罗恩病患者人护理中的应用效果。方法：选取40例克罗恩病患者，随机分成两组各20人，观察组采用综合护理干预，对照组采用常规护理干预。统计两组患者的生活质量核心量表(QOL-30)，并对问卷进行分析，对两种护理方法干预克罗恩患者的效果进行对比。结果：观察组患者疗效好于对照组，且观察组患者的不良情绪等明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在对克罗恩患者的护理中采用综合护理方式进行护理效果显著，值得推广。
