【摘 要】目的：分析妇女更年期综合征采用性激素替代疗法结合常规保健治疗的临床效果。方法：于我院2017年1月至2018年12月期间收治的更年期综合征妇女中选取90例，随机分为两组，对照组(45例)采用常规保健治疗，研究组(45例)在此基础上给予性激素替代治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：研究组治疗后的LH 、E2、FSH与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的SAS评分为(22.5±3.2)分，SDS评分为(25.4±3.1)分，均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组生存质量评分为(23.8±10.4)分与对照组的(44.7±12.6)分比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：性激素替代治疗结合常规保健可有效改善患者的雌激素水平，缓解患者的不良情绪，提高患者生活质量，值得推广。
