【摘 要】目的：探讨以家庭为单位的护理管理应用于社区糖尿病患者的实际意义。方法：纳入我社区2017年1月-2018年12月接收的糖尿病患者60例为对象，以掷硬币法将60例患者分成常规组和观察组各30例。常规组采用常规护理管理，观察组再接受以家庭为单位的护理管理。结果：观察组患者的病情认知度(92.17±3.40)分比常规组(77.93±2.79)分高，血糖控制优良率93.33%比常规组73.33%高，P<0.05。结论：将以家庭为单位的护理管理应用于社区糖尿病患者中具有实际意义。

    Abstract objective：to explore the practical significance of family-based nursing management in community diabetes patients. Methods： 60 patients with diabetes were enrolled in our community from January 2017 to December 2018. 60 patients were divided into routine group and observation group by coin toss method. Routine nursing management was adopted in routine group and nursing management based on family was accepted in observation group. Results： the degree of recognition of the patients in the observation group (92.17 ±3.40) was higher than that in the routine group (77.93 ±2.79).
