【摘 要】透过验案一则体现了中医“辨病”、“辩证”、“对症”的临床思路，并活用中药剂型，使患者依从度高，进而停用所有西医降糖药，取得纯中药治疗2型糖尿病的治疗效果。

    Abstract In this case study， Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical thinking of "diseases diagnosis"， "pattern differentiation" and "symptoms treatment" were well embodied. By using different TCM dosage forms， the patient was highly compliant and gained positive therapeutic effect of only Chinese medicine treatment on type 2 diabetes after all modern hypoglycemic drugs were discontinued.
