【摘 要】目的：探寻腰椎间盘突出症患者临床有效的治疗方法。方法：随机抽取80例病例，采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组，分别接受中医骨伤手法及中药汤剂联合中医骨伤手法两种治疗方法。结果：观察组JOA 评分、临床总有效率明显高于对照组，且VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论：临床上，我们应学习采用中药汤剂联合中医骨伤手法治疗方案。
