【摘 要】目的：对妇产科阴道不规则出血的病发原因及治疗方法进行分析探讨。方法：随机选取2017年5月～2018年5月内我院妇产科接诊的80例阴道不规则出血患者的病例资料，将其根据入院时间分为对照组和实验组两组。对照组患者只采用临床通常使用的止血、消炎药物进行治疗;实验组患者在对照组止血消炎的基础上结合妇科药物进行治疗，分析临床药物治疗的效果。结果：对照组总体有效率为78.3%，而实验组总体的有效率高达96.7%，两组差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在治疗妇产科阴道不规则出血问题上，要全面分析其发病原因，并在止血消炎的基础上，对患者采取妇科药物联合治疗效果显著，患者的病情明显好转，值得进行深度探究以便在临床推广[1]。

    Abstract Objective：To analyze the causes and treatment of irregular vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods：The data of 80 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding who were admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to the admission time.
