【摘 要】目的：探讨保护性约束在神经外科非计划拔管中的应用效果。方法：选取2017年1月到2018年1月神经外科206例预防非计划拔管采取约束的患者，依据不同的就诊顺序将其分为对照组(n=103)与试验组(n=103)，对照组施以常规的肢体约束，试验组在对照组基础上施以保护性约束，观察两组患者的非计划拔管率情况。结果：试验组的非计划拔管率明显较低，与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：保护性约束在神经外科非计划拔管中的应用具有显著效果，能够有效的降低非计划拔管率。
