【摘 要】目的：研究血涂片分析在血常规检验中的重要性。方法：选取本院2019年1月至2019年2月200例接受血常規检验的患者，采用血液分析仪进行检测，其中化验结果正常的100例为观察组，化验结果异常的100例为对照组，对两组患者进行血涂片分析处理，对比检验结果。结果：经血涂片分析后，观察组和对照组的假阴性率和假阳性率分别为4.00%和46%。结论：在血常规检验过程中，血涂片分析可以有效增强临床检验的准确率，减少各种漏诊以及误诊情况，具有非常重要的作用。
