【摘 要】目的：分析食管癌术后并发症发生的相关原因以及诊治方法。方法：选取我院2012年1月—2018年12月收治的200例食管癌患者为研究对象，回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料，分析术后并发症发生情况，并总结原因与相应的诊治方法。结果：研究中200例食管癌患者中，有136例患者术后发生并发症，发生率为68%，其中呼吸衰竭4例、胃瘫18例，吻合口狭窄28例、乳糜胸8例、吻合口瘘20例，肺部感染58例，发生率最高的并发症为肺部感染。结论：食管癌术后并发症出现的原因多种多样，常见的包括术中出血量超过500ml、手术时间超过45min、存在疾病病史、抽烟等，为了降低并发症发生率，需要采取针对性的应对措施。
