【摘 要】目的：探究生长抑素与泮托拉唑联合治疗老年上消化道出血的临床效果及有效率。方法：选择2016年1月-2019年1月在本院接受治疗的300例老年患者作为研究对象，从中随机抽出300例患者，按照入院先后顺序给予不同的治疗方式，对照组给予单用生长抑素治疗，观察组给予生长抑素+泮托拉唑治疗，比较临床疗效。结果：观察组患者总有效率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异性比较：P<0.05。观察组老年患者的凝血指标、临床指标与对照组比较：P<0.05。结论：生长抑素与老泮托拉唑联合治疗老年上消化道出血效果明显。
