【摘 要】目的：研究医院感染护理管理中实施PDCA循环法的临床价值。方法：纳入本院(2017年06月-2018年06月)接收的住院患者(n=60)作为研究对象，以干预前后为基准，分为实验组(干预后，2018年01月-2018年06月)、对照组(干预前，2017年06月-2017年12月)，对实施前后感染发生率、护理质量评估。结果：感染发生率：实验组感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理质量：实验组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：医院感染护理管理中实施PDCA循环法的临床价值显著，可明显降低医院感染发生率，值得借鉴。

    Abstract Objective： To study the clinical value of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of nosocomial infection. Methods： Inpatients (n=60) received in our hospital (June 2017-June 2018) were divided into experimental group (January 2018-June 2018 after intervention) and control group (June 2017-December 2017 before and after intervention). The incidence of infection and nursing quality were evaluated before and after the intervention. Results： The incidence of infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Nursing quality： The nursing quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
