【摘 要】目的：探究CT与MRI在诊断腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果。方法：对本院200例腰椎间盘突出症患者开展CT与MRI诊断，前者视为对照组、后者视为观察组，对比诊断准确率、阳性率、各个征象诊断效果。结果：MRI诊断准确率、阳性率均高于对照组，与CT检查结果对比：P值<0.05。结论：MRI在诊断腰椎间盘突出症中效果更佳。
