【摘 要】目的：探讨乙肝疫苗成人接种环节使用传染病疫情管理模式的防控效果。方法：回顾性分析2016年5月到2018年4月到本服务中心进行乙肝疫苗接种的140例健康成年人，按照管理模式的不同分为观察组70例(传染病疫情管理模式)与对照组70例(传统管理模式)，比较2组健康成年人阳转率、管理质量评分、管理满意率指标。结果：经管理后，观察组健康成年人阳转率、工作完成度评分、接种技能评分、制度合理性评分、专业素养评分、管理满意率均高于對照组且差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论：传染病疫情管理模式可有效提高健康成年人防控效果与满意度，值得推广使用。
