【摘 要】目的：研究吗啡快速滴定治疗中、重度癌痛的临床效果。方法：选择中、重度癌痛患者作为本次研究对象，并采用“电脑随机法”将200例中、重度癌痛患者进行分组，主要包括两组，其中观察组、实施吗啡快速滴定治疗;对照组、实施口服吗啡治疗，将两组治疗结局进行对比。结果：观察组治疗结局均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：吗啡快速滴定治疗中、重度癌痛的临床效果十分显著，且能够缓解疼痛，安全性较高，值得研究。
